Transforming Ideas into Measurable Outcomes
We bridge the gap between high-level strategy and human-centric execution, delivering projects that redefine corporate responsibility and social infrastructure.
The ReLibrary Project
OVERVIEW:
A transformative initiative to boost literacy among adolescents in rural Nigeria by revitalizing libraries, fostering after-school programs, and deploying CORIL, an AI-powered virtual library tailored to individual learning needs.
CHALLENGE:
Low literacy rates among children aged 7–19 in underserved rural communities, limited access to functional libraries, and inadequate tools to track and support reading progress.
METHODOLOGY:
Reactivation and equipping of community libraries, structured after-school literacy activities, and implementation of CORIL (Catalogued Open-source Reading for Improved Learning) — a digital AI system that monitors reading patterns, assesses fluency and comprehension, and delivers personalized learning experiences.
ElderSpan
OVERVIEW:
A pioneering product research initiative to enhance life expectancy and health outcomes for older adults in Nigeria through preventive care, timely health-seeking behaviors, and access to supportive health insurance, powered by human-centered design and AI-enabled solutions.
CHALLENGE:
Rising health risks and limited preventive care among the elderly, inadequate access to routine health checks, poor follow-up systems, and insufficient integration of supportive insurance and technology-driven interventions.
METHODOLOGY:
Community-based research, on-spot routine health checks, continuous follow-ups, and identification of at-risk individuals to inform targeted AI-enabled healthcare solutions. Leveraging human-centered design technology to understand lifestyle influences on risk factors and create innovative preventive care products that promote longevity and welfare.
